What is the frequency range, and does OWS Pro support EQ?
  • Frequency range is 10Hz-20kHz.
  • EQ adjustment is supported in the app; the default slider is centered at 0.
  • If audio freezes after EQ changes on some phones, exit the app and resume playback; the EQ setting still applies.
  • Frequency bands: below 200Hz (low), 200Hz-2.5kHz (mid), above 2.5kHz (high).
What causes white noise, and should I worry about it?
  • White noise can occur in speakers/headphones during device operation.
  • It is common in TWS when noise reduction is on and is not a quality issue.
Does OWS Pro interfere with wearing glasses/frames?
  • Earbuds can be adjusted to a comfortable position without affecting glasses.
